<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Stock and Inventory Manager</strong></span></div>
<div><br><strong>Role Purpose</strong><br>Responsible for accurate, efficient stock management across Eleanor Bowmer's full channel mix — wholesale/key accounts, dropship, marketplace and D2C — including ownership of our 3PL warehouse relationship. A hands-on, deadline-driven role focused on stock control, process discipline, and inventory accuracy as the business scales.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Own stock allocation and portfolio management across all of the business's revenue streams — balancing availability, priority, and channel-specific requirements</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Own the relationship with our 3PL partner (J&amp;J), holding them accountable for SLA adherence, accuracy of goods in and out, and accuracy across stock holding and availability</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Build and enforce stock control processes: replenishment cycles, stock takes, discrepancy resolution, reporting cadence</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Set and hold deadlines across inbound/outbound stock movements, seasonal peaks, and account-specific dispatch windows</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and document repeatable processes as the business scales — reducing reliance on ad hoc fixes</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide regular stock reporting and flag risk (stockouts, overstocks, allocation conflicts) to SLT</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with merchandising, wholesale, and D2C teams to align stock plans with sales forecasts and seasonal campaigns</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and develop the Operations Executive, providing day-to-day direction and support</div>

<div><strong>Critical Skills &amp; Experience</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Essential</strong></div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in a stock, inventory, or warehouse management role, ideally multi-channel (wholesale + D2C + marketplace)</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong process discipline — can build and enforce structure, not just react to problems</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Confident with stock/inventory systems and reporting tools</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Comfortable working to hard deadlines across multiple accounts simultaneously</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;High attention to detail and ownership of accuracy</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience managing a 3PL or external fulfilment partner, holding them accountable to SLAs</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience managing a direct report (Operations Executive), with clear delegation and oversight</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Desirable</strong></div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience within retail, ecommerce, or product-based businesses</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with Faire or similar wholesale marketplace platforms</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Exposure to ERP/stock systems migrations or implementations</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong><br>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Accurate, up-to-date stock visibility across every channel, with no surprises at month end</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Replenishment, stock takes, and reporting run to a consistent, documented cadence</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Deadlines held across inbound/outbound movements, even at seasonal peak</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Stock risk (stockouts, overstocks, allocation conflicts) surfaced early and clearly to SLT</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Repeatable process replacing ad hoc fixes as the business scales</div>
<div>● &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong, well-managed 3PL/warehouse partner relationship with SLAs consistently met</div>
